First Public Notice of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the “Jinyu NeoEnergy Wuxue Shipyard Project”

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of 2018 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), Hubei Jinyu NeoEnergy Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is required to make public information regarding the basic situation of the project and the overview of the construction entity for the “Jinyu NeoEnergy Wuxue Shipyard Project.” The content of the environmental impact assessment notice is hereby published as follows:
