The Environmental Impact Report for the Wuxue Shipyard Project, commissioned by Hubei Jinyu New Energy Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and prepared by Hubei Weida Environmental Protection Consulting Co., Ltd., has been drafted for public comment. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4-2018), the draft environmental impact report is hereby published for public comment. The public is welcome to actively participate and provide valuable feedback.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of 2018 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), Hubei Jinyu NeoEnergy Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is required to make public information regarding the basic situation of the project and the overview of the construction entity for the “Jinyu New Energy Wuxue Shipyard Project”. The content of the environmental impact assessment notice is hereby published as follows.

Pursuant to Announcement No. 012 (2025) by Wuxue Natural Resources and Planning Bureau on Transaction of State-Owned Land Use Rights via Public Listing, Hubei Jinyu New Energy Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. secured land use rights for Plot WXGY2025-006-1 (Transaction Value: CNY 11.110602 million), marking a pivotal step for the Jinyu New Energy Wuxue Shipyard Project.

This agreement marks the official commencement of the company's main infrastructure construction, injecting strong momentum into the development of Hubei Province's Intelligent New Energy Shipbuilding Industrial Park.

Against this backdrop, high-end smart stainless steel oil/chemical tankers under 30,000 DWT have emerged as a new focal point in niche markets, demonstrating strong growth potential and broad application prospects.

JINYU NEOENERGY SHIPBUILDING hosted the grand inauguration ceremony for its shipyard project at the Hubei Intelligent New Energy Shipbuilding Industrial Park on October 29, 2024.

With the deepening implementation of China's "Dual Carbon" strategy, the Wuxue Intelligent New Energy Shipbuilding Industrial Park – a key provincial project in Hubei – has achieved a milestone advancement. On October 29, 2024, Jinyu New Energy Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (hereafter "Jinyu"), the park's inaugural tenant enterprise, officially commenced construction of its intelligent manufacturing facility.
