In accordance with the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, the Plan on the Mechanism for Information Disclosure of Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects and other relevant provisions, to enable the public to fully understand this project and accept supervision from residents surrounding the project site, we hereby release pre-approval publicity on information concerning the environmental impact assessment work of the Wuxue Shipyard Project of Hubei Jinyu New Energy Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. to solicit opinions and suggestions from the public.

The Environmental Impact Report for the Wuxue Shipyard Project, commissioned by Hubei Jinyu New Energy Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and prepared by Hubei Weida Environmental Protection Consulting Co., Ltd., has been drafted for public comment. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4-2018), the draft environmental impact report is hereby published for public comment. The public is welcome to actively participate and provide valuable feedback.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of 2018 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), Hubei Jinyu NeoEnergy Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is required to make public information regarding the basic situation of the project and the overview of the construction entity for the “Jinyu New Energy Wuxue Shipyard Project”.
